What works well?
I had an on-site interview, which went well for me. At the end of the interview, the manager informed me that I would have news (positive or negative) at the end of the following week. I didn't receive any information. So I waited, thinking that she probably had a lot of work to do and might be a little behind in the recruitment process. After 3 weeks, I sent her an e-mail myself, but received no reply. Aware of the large number of applications I'd no doubt received, I would have greatly appreciated some feedback, especially after I'd been out and about.
What could be improved?
Respect! For an establishment that cares about people, thank you recruiters for at least responding to the person on the move.

2 times I go for interviews, they don't even bother to call or send a simple email to tell us that it's negative while we go for the interview just a shame! I will never apply to this institution again.

I applied once and had an interview that went really well I did a day of internship and they called references everything was great but finally did not hire me because another employee did not like me !!! A joke
