The points to be improved are the following : - improving the relationship with the candidate (almost non-existent) - for my part, no news for several days when suddenly I have to take a logic test to define my potential as a recruiter and my ability to join their team of "superheroes" (to read them, that's what you can understand) - the logic test I took defined me as "passable" and I was finally rejected for an Account Manager position even though I had applied for a Recruitment Specialist position - the return email made it clear that I didn't meet their elitist recruitment criteria, which only takes the best of the best - I took the liberty of replying to them about the fact that I had not applied for an Account Manager position, but I never got any feedback So a little friendly advice from a recruitment professional: - create a database to keep track of the applications you receive, this will avoid giving generic negative responses to random candidates for random positions - take the time to take your own tests from time to time because apart from asking you to put triangles inside triangles and cubes inside cubes, your test does not define the ability of candidates to excel on their assignments or not - I've seen a lot of tests that made sense, but this one doesn't - even if it means being elitist, make sure that your relationship and your image match the expectations you have of your candidates No wonder your rating on jobup.ch and google is lousy.
