The recruitment process should be reviewed from start to finish. We go to the trouble of applying to advertisements and receive the same negative response each time without any explanation, despite the fact that we meet the criteria in every respect. When we call, we are told that the process is still in progress even though we have already received a standard negative email. We are not given any further explanation of the refusal. It is impossible to speak to human resources, only to the secretary.
