What works well?

Everything works well practically, there are very competent people, most of them are bilingual, very interesting to work with them.

What could be improved?

Very good company in general, unfortunately for me as a service technician, the atmosphere was really miserable with my superiors. So I broke my contract even though it's a very good company. It's a definite point to improve urgently
