The work was good, there was good communication between the hierarchy and colleagues, a break every 2 hours of work (10/30/10), free and unlimited coffee, a break room, a restaurant, a terrace on the roof to get some fresh air, not to mention the showers in the changing rooms, ..., good work cohesion, good colleagues, all good... or almost.

The only thing I have against this company is the lack of listening. I wanted to move on, try out other jobs, increase my versatility, but every time I did, it fell on deaf ears. Training courses were requested, only to be postponed until after so-and-so's vacation, or until such-and-such a week later. Whereas colleagues who arrived the same day as me didn't ask for anything, didn't want to be trained for new positions, and were trained anyway. I had the impression of not being listened to, but ignored, and I stayed at the same post for several months when my colleagues changed, I didn't understand, neither did they, the boss didn't want to know anything.
