I find that collaboration between units is working better and better. It still needs to be improved, in my opinion, so that everyone is pulling in the same direction.

Rethinking and enhancing the value of the human being would be a plus; it would allow us to develop new projects, to have new objectives, to look towards a future that can bring us a lot.

Working conditions are excellent, including salaries and insurance coverage (accident - provident...). The company has a highly professional and modern collective agreement and company rules, negotiated regularly with trade unions and a committee representing employees. The budget for training is important, everyone is free to propose training courses which are mostly accepted. The working atmosphere is good, employee events are organised at regular intervals. The working hours are flexible and the company operates a lot on trust. The company operates through a matrix organisation, on a project basis. These are very varied, exciting and stimulating. The facilities operated allow you to discover the captivating world of hydropower, and more!

There are, as in all companies, always points to be improved. However, these are regularly addressed and the continuous improvement process helps to correct things that are not working well.

In every company, there are areas that need to be improved. In general, the company is very well positioned. Where action is needed, management has recognized it and employees are involved in improving the situation.

I enjoyed working here. I've had a good training that has allowed me to learn a lot. Colleagues are here to refer me and train me. The flexible hours are very much appreciated. The working atmosphere is also good. I was very well received from the moment I arrived.

Everything worked out fine for me. I don't really see any room for improvement.
