Many interesting projects. People say hello to each other. Sports hall and company restaurant available on site. Very good management of apprentices and trainees. Free parking Holiday period longer than the Swiss average. Accepted part-time work Possibility of remote work for admins.
What could be improved?
Heavy operation, bureaucratic and very hierarchical. Absence of tailor-made training plans and very low training budget. Internal mobility not facilitated even for good employees and lack of career prospects which is unfortunate given the diversity of the professions. Evaluation system to be reviewed and variable part compensation too low. Not a fulfilling work environment for anyone who wants to evolve. Poor management.

The application process. Candidates are judged according to the answers they give to situations that come from the recruiters' imaginations. There's no study to do, nothing to learn, it's all by feel. If the candidate doesn't answer the questionnaire according to the recruiters' expectations, the application is simply cancelled, after 1 month, 2 or 3, it doesn't matter. So it's purely subjective and uncompromising, since we don't have the opportunity to learn and therefore to answer the questions "correctly".
