After a trial period that was longer than expected, I was disappointed to find that my commitment had not been confirmed without any legitimate reasons being given, even though I had been promised one. This created a feeling of uncertainty and discomfort for me, but they don't mind leaving you in such a situation because you're obliged to resign from your previous employer to make yourself available for 20 hours a week, and then they dare to say that you shouldn't have resigned even though I explained it to them, and then they say yes, we'll take you on, no worries, we'll draw up the contract. I think the company could improve its internal communication, especially when it comes to confirming commitments after the trial period. Greater transparency on selection criteria and a clear explanation of decisions would help employees understand their situation. In addition, I've noticed a tense working environment, where some employees have adopted toxic behavior, making inappropriate remarks. I suggest that the company review policies or awareness programs to promote a respectful work environment. As far as the hierarchy is concerned, there seem to be gaps in the legitimacy of certain managers. A reassessment of the skills needed to occupy management positions could be beneficial to ensure team effectiveness. These comments are given in the spirit of continuous improvement, and I hope the company will take on board these suggestions to create a more positive working environment in the future.
