I've only had one interview, but I can imagine that nothing works in this company when you see that the whole team is leaving.

It was a horrible interview to go through, with remarks from the manager verging on sexual harassment. A 5-minute interview to be judged on my looks rather than my skills. In addition, very personal questions were asked, such as "Do you live alone? Curiosity in the wrong place!

It's a shame, because the brand has potential that could be exploited, but the management doesn't know how to create or manage a team.

The working atmosphere in this company is quite tense and difficult. Managers often tend to shout at employees, creating a climate of fear and stress. Communication is generally aggressive, and employees work under constant pressure, which negatively affects team morale. Many seem on edge, afraid of making the slightest mistake. Old-school, inflexible management, zero telecommuting opportunities and no trust in teams.
