Vacation for all employees needs to be better coordinated as it is most often denied. Since there are so many weeks of contractual vacation time and overtime is also compensated in the form of time off, it might be better to compensate in salary.

I particularly appreciated the very human side - the relational communication that GENERALI practices with its candidates. Moreover, the assessment process seems to me to be perfectly adapted.
