ABSOLUTELY AVOID!!!
What works well?
Nothing is going right. Management is tyrannical and dictatorial, in total contradiction with their claim to put people first. Employees are constantly under excessive pressure, working conditions are appalling, and we are poorly paid, exploited and devalued. I can only advise against this company.
What could be improved?
A radical change is needed at all levels of management at Definitely Different. They should prioritize competent individuals over control freaks. Requiring employees to work weekends and even on sick days is unacceptable. In addition, salary payments are made randomly, with no fixed days, raising concerns about their financial stability.

What works well?
The hotel concept is top-notch. It's totally innovative. Too bad it's not as luxurious as it claims to be. The natural working environment is good.
What could be improved?
Human resources management : - does not foster team spirit: contempt for employees - does not listen to team needs: top-down management & micro management - management based on fear of constant dismissal - cascade of dismissals and resignations: in our hotel, there were around 30 departures in 1 month - staff cuts so drastic that you have to do the work of at least 2 people, making it impossible to carry out all your missions without the customer suffering Management should seriously reconsider, because they're shooting themselves in the foot.
