The company is growing day by day, and structures are adapting, so we need to be flexible and agile. Unfortunately, this situation is not to everyone's liking.

- HIFI Group is a company in the midst of a transition (from a family-run structure to an international group). The current projects, to which every employee can contribute, are extremely interesting and challenging. - Management listens carefully to employees' suggestions, and when potential is identified, the company gives itself the means to implement them to help the group grow. - Initiative is encouraged and recognized, which also provides excellent opportunities for professional development. - The general atmosphere is very good, whether at HIFI Group or in other subsidiaries. - The work equipment provided is of a high standard (both computer and office equipment).

- In phases, the pace of work can be sustained, due to ongoing transformation projects. However, management remains attentive to the situation and available to compensate for peaks.

As a former employee, I can say that working conditions at this company are far from ideal. Promises made on hiring and during discussions have not been kept, and respect for employees is almost non-existent. Management, or rather the family, puts its own personal interests ahead of the well-being of its staff. They "blow hot and cold".

Fixed working hours make it easier to reconcile your professional and personal lives. A professional cell phone is provided to facilitate communication outside office hours. Office rearrangements (about once a month) encourage exchanges between employees from different departments. Employees support each other closely.

- Wifi works well. - Work tools are adequate. - In winter, it's a bit chilly to save on heating, but people remain friendly. - Coffee in the cafeteria is not expensive. - Overtime is forbidden as it is considered too expensive.

Caution: the high staff turnover rate should be a wake-up call to management, which is sorely lacking in professionalism. Salaries are below average, and working hours lack flexibility. The managers, with no real professional experience, don't seem to understand the value of money or the needs of their staff. I left a job with good conditions because I'd been promised great things and good prospects, only to find that the strategy was constantly changing.

The atmosphere is very pleasant. The work is varied. The work tools are very easy to use.

In my opinion, there's nothing to improve. I feel very comfortable in this company.
