The current projects, to which every employee can contribute, are extremely interesting and challenging. - Management listens carefully to employees' suggestions, and when potential is identified, the company gives itself the means to implement them to help the group grow. - Initiative is encouraged and recognized, which also provides excellent opportunities for professional development. - The general atmosphere is very good, whether at HIFI Group or in other subsidiaries. - The work equipment provided is of a high standard (both computer and office equipment).

- In phases, the pace of work can be sustained, due to ongoing transformation projects. However, management remains attentive to the situation and available to compensate for peaks.

What works well?
As a former employee, I can say that working conditions at this company are far from ideal. Promises made on hiring and during discussions have not been kept, and respect for employees is almost non-existent. Management, or rather the family, puts its own personal interests ahead of the well-being of its staff. They "blow hot and cold".
What could be improved?
Fixed working hours make it easier to reconcile your professional and personal lives. A professional cell phone is provided to facilitate communication outside office hours. Office rearrangements (about once a month) encourage exchanges between employees from different departments. Employees support each other closely.

Regarding management, a new Director, independent of the founding family, has recently been appointed to structure the company's evolution. As far as fixed working hours are concerned, they guarantee fairness between all employees and availability for our customers, but we remain open to occasional adjustments if necessary. Likewise, the business telephone is for use during working hours only, with the option of switching it off or leaving it in the office outside these hours. Regular rearrangements aim to optimize space, pending the opening of our new building in the near future, which will bring greater comfort to all.
