What works well?

Family company where despite several sites and a number of more than 370 employees, we feel the values, the family side and the mutual aid between the teams, even if the important workload can create some tensions. The atmosphere is however very good. The variety and quality of the products we work on is very enriching in the technicality of my job.

What could be improved?

The company's workforce is growing rapidly, which means that certain structures (workshop space, meeting rooms, etc.) or parking areas are becoming too limited in relation to the need at some of the company's sites.

What works well?

Diversified, high quality and complex products. If it were only for the product I would recommend this company.

What could be improved?

The products are interesting, the working atmosphere is good on the whole. However, some elements are opposed to any change, which parasites the life of the company. In the last few years, the HR policy has deteriorated considerably and the salaries are not up to the market standard. Dubois Dépraz has also chosen to reduce its 2nd pillar benefits.
