I have no idea what works well in this company. HR is very unpleasant anyway.

A long time ago I had a job interview at SIG, for a telephone operator position. The lady who greeted me was very strange, cold, distant, dressed all in black with a miniskirt, very mini. She must have been in her 60s. With her was a gentleman who didn't explain his role. This lady asked me how many calls I had taken in my previous job as a telephone operator. I couldn't put an exact figure on it, but I certainly took a lot of calls, as I was working full time. In short, things just didn't work out. I left, and while I was in the hall handing in my visitor's badge and leaving the premises, the gentleman, whose identity was unclear, came up to me with a big smile and told me that my application had been rejected. All in all, I had a very bad experience. They were 2 very strange and haughty people.
