What works well?
I'd like to be able to get a job at last, so that I can make an informed judgement on the matter.
What could be improved?
I applied for 3 jobs and never got a reply. I suspect a rejection of the "old" (> 40 years old) and a selection mindset steeped in clichés and prejudice, because, on paper and in practice, I had more than enough qualities to handle the assignments. Recruitment teams should at least show their colors, because applying well takes time, and we candidates believe in it and put a lot of energy into it.
