A young and dynamic company where there is a good family atmosphere. Everyone is on first-name terms! Much appreciated. Regularly, team building activities are organized by the company which contribute to team cohesion. I particularly appreciate the collaboration with my manager who involves me and asks for my opinion in the reflection of the company's projects. The director is very accessible. This is the first company that I have seen since I started working that has put in place a real health and safety policy at work! This contributes to a good work climate (communication charter, awareness and detection of mobbing and the use of tools such as non-violent communication and the culture of learning by doing). Fruit baskets are available for our breaks, a table soccer in the break room too! The activity for the contribution to home care, where the patient is at the center of the care, gives meaning to my work on a daily basis. This guides the quality of our care and for me, it allows me to grow in this work. The possibility of telecommuting is also appreciated within this company.
