No teacher support. Stay away newly qualified teachers. While language learning is business, we must choose people over profit. Teachers must travel from Gex to Lausanne with no breaks. If the leadership could spend time developing teachers they would not be searching for new ones every 3-6 months. I am sorry for the parents for unknowingly placing their children in this unorganized atmosphere. Apart from this the contracted teachers are friendly. Most are non native English language teachers which does not disqualify them from teaching.
