Not much, fake trendy cafe with a bland decoration, too much music, stressed and overworked staff, deplorable organization, endless waiting and very little consideration for the customers and the staff... only the pancakes are good but horribly expensive, like the rest of the menu. There are a lot of very nice cafés and bars in Lausanne, don't waste your time and money there.

They will offer you an unpaid trial, they do this to all candidates for several days in a row to get free labor... You will work for nothing for more than 5 hours without even being offered a tip or any other compensation than a meager meal. The boss will then spend 40 minutes listening to him talk about his own success, without really answering your questions. Not to mention the ridiculously low salary for a room manager position. Finally, if you don't make the cut, they won't even bother to call or write to you afterwards. No respect, no decency, no morality. These people are just looking to make as much money as possible on the backs of their customers and staff, that's all.
