Relationships between colleagues are pretty good, and the vehicles are fun to drive but often in poor condition.

Management is more than deplorable, information is not passed on in time for changes or not passed on at all, employee requests are ignored and put aside. Several breaches of employee welfare have already been reported. Night shifts are not paid as such.
