Well...I would suggest workers of Experis do not give any precise date to get a contract, because of delays applicants might get disappointed to wait so long for his/her contract and go for other job opportunities. Back office should work very precise with information in contract, better to clarify things from applicants or double check personal data of applicant before writing a wrong information in contract and re-do it again, thus increasing job efficiency.

Communication is very open and the information flow is not obstructed. The workers are competent and well educated.

When everyone completes the given tasks as quickly as possible there is not really much place for improvement. Had only positive experiences until now
