What works well?
Coffee machine (50CHF /month /employee) Chocolate bar basket (1.20CHF per bar) Bounty, Mars, Snikers, pistachios Sea fishing trips with management in spring on Lake Annecy
What could be improved?
What not to improve? - pay salaries regularly at the end of the month - provide pay slips every month (pay slips are not provided because they are not obligatory according to management...) - provide fair wage certificates at the end of the year (legal obligation) - respect the rules on staff surveillance: we don't film staff without warning them (legal obligation) - prohibit alcoholic beverages in the workplace (collective agreement for electricians and plasterers) - explain to managers that mobbing can cost the company dearly in court. (OCIRT - Direction de l'inspection du travail - is a good source of advice). - Respect for employees - It's not the staff's job to have to deal with angry customers on the phone because of management shortcomings. - Using a weekly dematerialized schedule, the Excel file that changes every 2 hours, doesn't look very serious in 2024. - Changing ink cartridges in printers, colorless HVAC plans don't make it easy to understand hot/cold installations. - Replace the television in the middle of the open space, which has been out of order for 2 years, giving visitors a bad image. - Fix the new washbasin, which has been on the floor for 5 years, in the communal toilets. and install permanent ventilation (for hygiene). - Install mechanical ventilation in the offices

What works well?
I've no idea, but in any case, the building looks very old and the offices are a mess, with unpleasant smells on the premises and the smell of moth repellent, which doesn't seem to bother them too much. Nothing to do with the other integrators in the area, with their modern offices. Frankly, not recommended.
What could be improved?
Plan-les-Ouates-based company has been subcontracting control systems since 2005 one of the last SAIA integrators (old technology at the end of its life in 2010) messy organization, unattractive salary, no benefits, staff obviously don't stay.

What works well?
The technology used is powerful, hardware and software. The customer file is important
What could be improved?
Outdated, noisy premises (delivery trucks in front of the poorly insulated windows), no mechanical ventilation, poorly regulated temperature. Administrative organization, pay slips should not be optional Establish a planning in adequacy with the means of the company, the workload is too often unsuitable, and causes a general overwork of the personnel and consequently an important Turnover since some years. Take into consideration the expectations of the employees.
