What works well?
Beautiful lakeside location. Nice building. Free parking space. Contribution towards health insurance premium (offsets salary).
What could be improved?
The hierarchy should listen to its employees. Employees have no decision-making power. Salaries are not commensurate with the skills and dedication of employees. Great lack of fairness between employees.

What works well?
Working in a cross-functional position, I can say that the company is constantly evolving and increasingly encourages individual initiative and autonomy, which is very motivating. The working environment is ideal and the infrastructures are modern. The office atmosphere is very good and the team spirit is present, which is very appreciable.
What could be improved?
The site is slightly out of the center of Lausanne. However, there are public transport solutions (access by bus from the Lausanne train station) and free parking is available.

What works well?
The benefits are exceptional, the salary offered is not the highest, but the work environment is pleasant, the free parking available is a big plus, as is the participation in the health insurance.
What could be improved?
The work is ultra supervised, there is very little autonomy, everything is very (too) structured, the tasks are repetitive and simplistic, very typical of the civil service
