The consultant/manager relationship is healthy, both within the framework of the project and with activities outside the project such as afterworks and events. Relationships with clients are well managed. The VW van is a nice perk for the consultants. Overall I am really satisfied with the atmosphere

The recruitment process was a bit long, over several months, but this is common in Switzerland. Coming from France, we are not used to it, especially in the consulting industry. The managers are quite frank, transparency is strong, we share the constraints. Unlike other consulting companies, we don't try to position you on any project, we take into account our mobility constraints and career wishes.
