What works well?
The fact that area managers don't pay too much attention to their employees' activities means that they can combine personal appointments with working hours without too much hassle, and that's what makes for a good turnover: people don't leave because the conditions are lax.
What could be improved?
Opportunities for advancement are non-existent. The watchword for recruitment is "the lowest salary" = instead of valuing competent profiles, they will always choose the cheapest, and all the while hiding behind the AVOP salary scale. But then again, if the performance were good, we'd be satisfied, but that's not the case. Zero internal training / no budget for external training.
