What works well?

The recruitment process is unclear and seems very elitist. Indeed, it would be wise to broaden the degree requirements. Do you need a master's degree to be a counselor? My personal answer: NO. It seems to me that this company is looking for theorists and not pragmatic people from the field. Moreover, the same offer reappears every 3 months, which seems paradoxical. Management: you are sold a horizontal management, modern conditions, a funny company seminar... when in reality management is vertiginously vertical, everyone in his place and you are made to understand it very well. Employees who bring innovative ideas do not stay long. The "talking shop" where everyone can freely ask questions is a sham.
