Great coworkers, but low pay
What works well?
The work is meaningful on a daily basis, the employees are wonderful, and there’s a real sense of mutual support among colleagues. The work is varied because of the different types of people I interact with every day. Flexible hours help maintain a good work-life balance.
What could be improved?
Unfortunately, salaries are significantly lower than at other reintegration agencies, even though we work for the same clients. Furthermore, there is no transparency regarding internal pay scales. Management could improve; there is little real awareness of employees’ needs. Furthermore, there is little to no visibility regarding potential promotions and career advancement within the company, which is a real shame because it drives people to leave for other companies to advance their careers.
