Fortunately, there is the collective labor agreement for benefits. The work is guaranteed because we are part of the Swatch Group.

Management changes all the time. The management too. The machines are old and the working atmosphere is OK, but nothing more. The salary is low, and the work is not interesting. No company vision. No communication. It's a real shame. I'm looking elsewhere.

There are still caring and sympathetic people, despite the hierarchical disaster.

Huge weakness: communication. And the superiors are listening to the opportunists! Bad choice on their part unfortunately! They still have a long way to go to get a good structure!
