The presentation of the Sales Director was correct although he seemed more focused on his laptop to properly calibrate the webcam. He seems to be benevolent but I think that a CEO position should be created for the global strategy of the company.
What could be improved?
Good job description No response after interview, nor follow-up email. No details of the recruitment process. No fixed salary. The salary part is only with commission. No explanation about mileage expenses. This does not make you want to work for M&F Conseil....
