What works well?
Flexible hours, friendly staff, always new challenges, modern facilities with underground parking. The "standard" machines are quite reliable and nice to see running.
What could be improved?
Poor company management in the face of strong competition makes objectives very complicated and often unattainable. Project risks need to be better weighted to avoid the need to reduce development and quality hours, which leads to failure.
