Unreliable organization. Employers have no respect for their employees. They are profit driven, unethical. Fearful atmosphere. Turnover is huge.

The view is breathtaking and there is something peaceful floating in the air up there.

Management completely lost, don't know what they are looking for, say they are in a hurry then go on vacation, change the job profile during the process, say they are sending you an offer then end up saying no after weeks asking a third party to do it for them. There is a huge gap between the desired vision and the means put in place to achieve it and this is to the detriment of the patients who clearly do not seem to be the priority of this institution.
