What works well?

- The recruitment process - Integration - Lots of afterworks - IT equipment

What could be improved?

- Deployment of a clear strategy for the Swiss office. - Break with the closed circle of historical managers who slow down the company's evolution. - Strengthen the sales team with more experienced professionals. - Adopt a local recruitment philosophy, hiring consultants with at least some cultural knowledge of Switzerland, rather than importing large numbers of Parisians. - Establish a strong on-site administrative presence (HR, payroll, etc.) to correct major shortcomings and inefficiencies in payroll processing, leave and expense management. - Avoid skewing opinions of the company by asking certain employees to provide positive assessments; instead, focus on sincere questioning and meaningful action.
