What works well?
You can feel the closeness at all EHC sites. When we bump into each other, we call each other by our first names. We have a number of initiatives in place, including an afterwork venue and events throughout the year. What's more, we can take part in activities such as meditation, cold-water swimming and team running events. I also have flexibility in my working hours and the possibility of teleworking.
What could be improved?
The EHC is very dynamic and gives us an intense workload. Thanks to this, we never get bored!

What works well?
From the recruitment process to the integration into the department, I was able to observe the benevolence and the will to develop the employees within the institution.
