Quite frankly, I have nothing positive to report for this company.

The climate, the old-fashioned management with a very vertical hierarchy, communication, working conditions (small premises, no break room, some without even toilets, equipment all in recuperation, ...) and social/salary conditions (minimum wages applied, 12 salaries and bonus system making people feel guilty because sales objectives impossible to reach, minimum pension, 4 weeks of holidays, standard sales hours without compensation (8h30 per day without bridges offered or flexibility on Saturdays, or to put off holidays ...), overtime without compensation.
