I can't find anything positive to say about a placement agency like Interima.

I had an interview with the Interima recruiter for a position in a large watchmaking company at the end of the lake. The recruiter thought my profile was a good match for the position and sent my file to the company. Apparently the company was in a hurry to hire for this position. After 2 weeks, having no news, I called the recruiter again and he contacted the company. I waited 2 more weeks: no news. I called the recruiter again, who called the company again, because the position was still open. I waited 2 more weeks: still no news! I called the recruiter one last time and he seemed slightly annoyed by my new call. I never got an answer for this position! Here are the impressions that this experience left me with: 1° Either the recruiter never sent my file to the company and my CV was just used to feed the database of profiles at Interima. 2° Either the recruiter never followed up with the company. 3° When I see that the ad is regularly updated on JobUp, I think that the job doesn't exist and that it is just used to collect resumes... I don't have a good image of this employment agency.
