Many things are positive, in particular a great team of animation in the daily life allows at best to accompany the residents. A management team that listens to its staff and tries to respond to the problems of its employees.
What could be improved?
A parking lot for the staff would not be too much. Coffee is a little too expensive for the staff. The food waste is also a point to be reviewed. A dining room not too adapted to the number of residents.
