What works well?

We are lucky to work in an idyllic environment where our well-being is a priority. We have a varied staff canteen, a dynamic staff committee and an ever-present HR support.

What could be improved?

Working in a hotel such as the Beau-Rivage Palace was a dream! For almost 3 years now, I have been blossoming in a stimulating and rich environment that still makes me discover many new things.

A pleasant and unique work environment. Employee benefits that exceed any offer I have received in the past! A dedicated employee committee is even on site to manage activities or other projects, many events throughout the year. A cafeteria! Which was non-existent where I worked before. Internal opportunities to move between hotels in the group or even employer funded training. I am very happy to have joined this team, as in all the other establishments, it is not easy every day, but at least here the difficult days are done hand in hand.
