What works well?
I've been working for HOTELA for over 5 years and I'm completely satisfied. On the whole, it's a great employer and ideal for my personal wishes (top-notch work-life balance, very collegial, humane working atmosphere, the line manager & HR department always listen and try to find solutions when needed, you feel appreciated and taken into account as an employee, etc.).
What could be improved?
I can only speak for myself. There are undoubtedly a few points for improvement, as there are everywhere (office furniture, cafeteria...). These points are already being improved and I don't consider them to be extremely important negative points. It's a plus for everyday comfort.

Free coffee and close proximity to the Montreux train station. That's all there is to it.
What could be improved?
Negative work atmosphere and a lot of competition between colleagues. Lack of support from superiors. Heavy hierarchy.
