What works well?
I'll never get the chance to find out, and even if I did, I don't want to anymore!
What could be improved?
Cold and unpleasant contact who did not even take 2 minutes to read your CV before calling you, who goes through it while talking to you in order to highlight only the negative points, and who announces as "normal" a salary well below the average salary for the position offered. In principle, when we call a candidate, it is because we are interested in his profile, not to dismantle him... Finally, the person says that she will call back 15 days later, and of course no news. In short: applying to Top Chef SA is a waste of time and energy!

The great thing is that everyone is available. The working atmosphere is great! If you can't telecommute, you can work flexible hours, which is a great advantage, as you can organize yourself as you wish if something unexpected comes up. The company also offers a 50% discount on a fitness membership one floor down, which is really cool!
What could be improved?
