Everything. - The job description did not match the position - No information on the recruitment process, processing time, steps,... - Disastrous planning, you are scheduled for a 1 hour interview for a position and when the interview starts you are told that it will be 3.5 hours and that it is for another position. - No feedback, neither from the team leader nor from HR
