What could be improved?
Planning and professional commitment to clients . We cannot want to make figures and pretend to a quality of care. 8 days 96 hours of work, 13 patients/day with an administrative time of 3.30 minutes per patient and this for a reference position. The questioning was done on the person who badly managed his tour and had to reduce his working time rather than their planning. The trips were not taken in charge if more than 15 minutes on the road (traffic jams are therefore considered as free time when one does not work). Journeys in areas with many comings and goings (up to 100km in one day). HR who refuse to take you on the phone when there is a problem, a more than catastrophic reception of temps by these same HR when the said person comes to ask for help in understanding their rounds. Very bad experiences. In spite of a buyout and a re-harmonization, many departures are to be deplored.
