What works well?
Production and management in a production unit. What humility, with a newly appointed production manager who really makes you want to work for EMS, unlike the production and HR management.
What could be improved?
4 interviews, the first 7 questions are exactly the same (the first 20 minutes) HR who can warn you the day before for an interview saying it's tomorrow or never, to repeat the same questions in the interview. The production management asks theoretical questions, on exact theoretical formulas that its production units do not even apply... You will have the right to a HR contact business card which is in fact an unassigned number... You will get a reply email with a last name different from yours. Outside of the interview: At the head office, the reception does not refer to the people at the entrance and without taking temperature or other (no badge, signature book register ...) unlike in production where everything is well managed and with a beautiful serenity. At EMS, it's the opposite, production should set an example for headquarters (procedures/protocols reception in COVID, humility of the management, mindset and behavior...)

The atmosphere looks great...the people working there looks very happy to be part of the company.
What could be improved?
Communication / reply to the applicant after interviews. Indeed I had an interview beginning of December, then they have informed me (mid-Dec) that I will be contacted by the HR for a 2nd interview...but since then "radio silence".
