The atmosphere looks great...the people working there looks very happy to be part of the company.

Communication / reply to the applicant after interviews. Indeed I had an interview beginning of December, then they have informed me (mid-Dec) that I will be contacted by the HR for a 2nd interview...but since then "radio silence".

Production and management in a production unit. What humility, with a newly appointed production manager who really makes you want to work for EMS, unlike the production and HR management.

4 interviews, the first 7 questions are exactly the same (the first 20 minutes) HR who can warn you the day before for an interview saying it's tomorrow or never, to repeat the same questions in the interview. The production management asks theoretical questions, on exact theoretical formulas that its production units do not even apply... You will have the right to a HR contact business card which is in fact an unassigned number... You will get a reply email with a last name different from yours. Outside of the interview: At the head office, the reception does not refer to the people at the entrance and without taking temperature or other (no badge, signature book register ...) unlike in production where everything is well managed and with a beautiful serenity. At EMS, it's the opposite, production should set an example for headquarters (procedures/protocols reception in COVID, humility of the management, mindset and behavior...)

I don't have any experience with working with the company, I'm reviewing it as an applicant.

No feedback after face to face interview. Went to their office for a full interview with three managers. Never obtained any feedback despite asking the HR hiring manager several time over email.

- Location - Home office possible - Felfel (meals available in the cafeteria) - To a certain extent, flexible working hours

- Communication - Salaries - Increases - Too much employee turnover - Too many departures - Complicated HR requests

The solidarity between colleagues, the benevolence, the listening, it is good to live at EMS, the possibility to evolve quickly and to take up challenges as varied as enriching!

The work and the achievement of the objectives are done in a serious but relaxed atmosphere. There is a real mutual support between employees and managers and there is a flexibility on the working hours. The working material is good

Equity is a topic the company is addressing in order to attract new talent. The company is undergoing a transformation and is well on its way. The growth means there are great opportunities to grow, to expand as an intrapreneur to support the growth in maturity in almost every discipline.

Very good atmosphere at work, team spirit and great solidarity between colleagues, sense of listening, trust given to employees, with the possibility of taking up challenges as varied as they are rewarding!
