The premises are very spacious and bright (the working environment is very pleasant). The company is innovative (we use collaborative tools of the IMA group) and the work atmosphere in the team and within the group is good. The opportunities to evolve and to train are very present at IMA. The management is open and very competent. I recommend this company to anyone who likes to work in a cross-functional and multidisciplinary environment.

After only a few months in the company it is not easy to give an opinion on what could be improved. The point that could be changed is the monthly interviews during the first 3 months. The one in the second month doesn't seem necessary if it goes well.
