In my opinion, there are no areas for improvement apart from modernizing the premises.

I had the pleasure of doing my internship at Del Maître, part of the LRG group. As soon as I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by a friendly and caring team. The staff are all very attentive and make it easy for new arrivals to integrate. What's more, they take the time to train everyone carefully, ensuring that all aspects of the job are fully understood. Employees enjoy a number of benefits, such as free breakfast and a supervised parking space, which is a considerable asset given the price of parking in the region.

Although the premises are functional and welcoming, I've noticed that they could do with a little refreshing. I know that management is aware of this and has already begun to consider improvements, which is encouraging. A modernized working environment could further enhance employee motivation and well-being.

However, there are a number of advantages: flexible working hours, free parking and discounts on company products.

A company with particularly poor working conditions, lacking in modernity and consequently unable to attract and retain young talent. Very low salaries, no telecommuting, poor working atmosphere due to a current wave of redundancies. There have been several cases of harassment, but no reaction from HR or management, who turn a blind eye rather than question the managerial weaknesses so prevalent in this company.
