Free parking and on-site catering, but complicated in teams

Salary, vacation, benefits. But that's it :(

Atmosphere, management, relationship, open-mindedness, sympathy. A "Hi, how are you?" doesn't kill anyone, except at ETA... and they are the pros for saying "it's him, her..." but not me. To avoid if you want a good relationship. To be thrown in if you only want the social benefits
