Atmosphere, management, relationship, open-mindedness, sympathy. A "Hi, how are you?" doesn't kill anyone, except at ETA... and they are the pros for saying "it's him, her..." but not me. To avoid if you want a good relationship. To be thrown in if you only want the social benefits

Free parking and on-site catering, but complicated in teams

Very disappointed with the management, deplorable organization, obsolete control and IT systems, a lot of turn over of cross-border workers only because the salaries are very low. Machine park to be reviewed, for a group like swatch it lacks means.

Lots of meetings and lots of technology. A local entrepreneurial spirit with opportunities to grow.

Management's inertia to adapt to new conditions and challenges.
