What works well?
At least the atmosphere is nice once you've resigned yourself to not wanting to do too much.
What could be improved?
Unfortunately, the company is stuck in the past, mainly because the Group has taken 2 steps forward and 3 back. Long processes, endless procedures, zero "punch" and no benefits for employees...I'm still looking for some (old equipment, no telecommuting, no canteen,...)
