What works well?

type of care and support for clients with computer software and sharing with doctors. solidarity teams. team distribution (sectors). range of services offered.

What could be improved?

management without recognition of the person's private life. No HR listening or real career plan. Very hierarchical institution (why so many different directors and managers?)
