What works well?

Be prepared to be asked personal questions that have nothing to do with the job. If you're not used to non-professional interviews, you may be surprised. Such an experience may actually alter your perception of the company.

What could be improved?

During my interview with one of Suva's new HR managers (formerly HR at Landi), I was deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism I observed. Indeed, throughout the interview, this person concentrated on very personal questions, which put me in a very uncomfortable situation. Having already taken part in many interviews, this one was the most destabilizing, mainly due to the lack of respect and professionalism on the part of the interviewer. This experience naturally tarnished my image of Suva. I told my family and friends, as well as my former manager and colleagues, and they were all shocked by this behavior. If you have an interview with this HR, be prepared to face inappropriate questions unrelated to the job, such as questions about your choice of first name or your parents' opinion on the matter. For my part, after several interviews, I was selected for a position at the Confederation, where the interview was conducted in a professional and respectful manner.
