Internal processes are very well defined and applied. The first contact and the welcome are warm, yet pragmatic, clear and concise. Transparency is also there and I was able to ask all the questions I wanted (as a Belgian, I had a lot of them).
What could be improved?
The issue of salary claims and contractual benefits came late in the process (after the probationary day and confirmation of willingness to hire). While this has not been a problem for me, it can be more awkward when a candidate has several applications running simultaneously.
